As a community based organization, Rockaway Waterfront Alliance works with community members to address neighborhood preservation by fighting irresponsible development, fiercely protecting parks, green space and open waterfront and establishing more public parks, programs and events to raise awareness and appreciation of our natural resources by utilizing our public waterfront for education, recreation and conservation purposes.
