On weekends we work together with various community groups and environmental organizations to lead clean ups, plantings and workshops for community members to learn more about the natural environment of the Rockaway Peninsula.
It’s a great way to meet others and make a positive difference in the community. We have a lot of events planned for this year so check EVENTS for a schedule of upcoming Stewardship Saturday days.
We offer community service hours for local students or college grads. Please bring any forms needing signatures to the events so we can sign.
