Rockapulco Historical Bike Tour- Beach 9th st to Ft. Tilden

Depart 11AM: Beach 9th st parking lot

Total Mileage is about 12 miles at a relaxed pace. These interactive bike tours are a collaborative effort of Rockaway Waterfront Alliance, Recycle- A- Bicycle, American Littoral Society and Pratt Institute; intended to inform and inspire the public to rediscover the Rockaways. The tours promote public access to the NYC waterfront and stop at locations throughout the Rockaway Peninsula nominated by the local community. Participants will be able to use the Rockspot tour map to explore all the sites along the Rockaway Peninsula and use your phone as an acoustiguide to hear information about the significance of site. Come join us for one of these exciting tours!

Jamaica Bay Sunset Cruise

Join us a for a 3-hour narrated cruise along the backwater marshes of Jamaica Bay aboard the 2-deck boat the Golden Sunshine out of Pier 2, Sheepshead Bay.
